Enrollment will open February 1st, 2021 online at www.sacredheartegf.net/enrollment.

NEW APPLYING FAMILIES: Families seeking enrollment in Little Angels Preschool (3 & 4), Little Saints Preschool (4 & 5), Kindergarten, or transferring for 1st-12th grade will need to complete an online application at www.sacredheartegf.net/enrollment. The application is available at anytime after this date until the start of the school year, but for secured placement we advise families apply early. There is a small fee for applying. Admission is subject to the Admission Policy found HERE. March 1st is the deadline to apply for consideration under the admission policy, after that it will be based on what sections are available. Families will receive a letter in March notifying them of what placement they received (if Preschool, either AM, PM, or waitlist and if Kindergarten either placement or waitlist). Families will have 30 days to complete a registration and pay the $125 registration fee if they wish to secure the spot.

CURRENTLY ENROLLED FAMILIES PLANNING TO RETURN: Families who plan to re-enroll their children for next fall can complete a re-enrollment registration found at www.sacredheartegf.net/enrollment. The registration will open February 1st and spots for families seeking to re-enroll into 1st-12th grade are held until March 1st. Families are advised to register by March 1st to secure their spot. After March 1st openings will be given to newly applying families in 1st-12th grade and the registration fee will go up from $125 to $200. RETURNING FAMILIES WHO HAVE A NEW YOUNGER PRESCHOOL OR KINDERGARTEN CHILD NOT ALREADY ENROLLED can email their child's name to jkoller@sacredheartegf.net to have them added to your online registration packet. Preschool and Kindergarten placement is still subject to the Admission policy.
We are currently operating our school in-person everyday, but limiting outside visits. Due to COVID-19 limitations were are not able to have our normal Enrollment Information nights. We encourage families to check out our VIRTUAL GUIDED VIDEO TOUR HERE. We are monitoring the local situation and have been able to schedule some one on one tours, but classrooms may not always be available to visit during your tour time depending on the time of day and if school is in session. You can inquire about scheduling a one on one tour by emailing the Admission Office at 218-773-0877.
Yes - our Eagle's Nest After School Care program is for students enrolled in Kindergarten through grade 6 at Sacred Heart School! Families can apply to enroll in our after school program using the links and information that will be sent out in August preceding the start of school. Sacred Heart currently has a Child Care, a half-day Tuesday/Thursday preschool for 3 & 4 year olds, a half-day Monday/Wednesday/Friday preschool for 4 & 5 year olds, and an elementary and high school serving students from Kindergarten through grade 12.
We welcome families of ALL faiths and backgrounds at SHS! Nearly 20% of our current student population is not Catholic. The ultimate goal at Sacred Heart is to foster for our students a closer and more personal relationship with Christ.
At SHS no family will be denied a Catholic education based on finances. We offer scholarships & tuition assistance for students enrolled in Kindergarten through grade 12 who demonstrate a financial need in order to help families make a Catholic education option affordable! Applications open February 1st, 2021.  Awards will only be made to families with a completed K-12 registration. Priority will be given to those that complete the application by May 1st, 2021, but funding remains for new students who enroll later in the year.  There is a small application fee to apply to this program.
Tuition costs will be posted on the enrollment hub in January when they are made available. Families will receive a link to log in to their FACTS Tuition Management Account in August preceding the start of the school year. From there they can set up their tuition payment plans. You can choose to either do a one time annual payment, a semi-annual payment, or 12 monthly payments from September through August. All payment plans are set up as automatic withdrawals. A tuition plan must be in place before a child can start school.
