School Supervision and Attendance
We want to be sure that all students are accounted for at all times.
Doors to the school will be locked from 8:15-3:20.
Parents are asked to please pick up their children on time at the conclusion of the school day.
ELEMENTARY – in case of a student absence, late arrival or early dismissal, please contact the student’s teacher by email (Click HERE for email list) and our elementary secretary Carrie Shea at firstname.lastname@example.org. PARENTS will need to park and come into the office to sign their elementary child in/out. In case of late arrival, elementary parents will need to escort their child into the office if they arrive after 8:15am. Parents are reminded that they MUST sign students in and out of the Elementary Office for grades K-6 if they are arriving during school hours. Also a reminder that once the school day starts, all doors are locked. If a parent wishes to enter the school during the school day they are asked to use the elementary doors (Door #4) and the buzzer system and then sign-in at the Elementary Office.
HIGH SCHOOL – in case of a student absence, late arrival or early dismissal, please contact Dana Yanish at email@example.com or call the high school office at 218-773-0230. Students need to report to the office to sign in/out. 7-12th students leaving and returning for appointments need to remember to get a pass from the High School Office. Teachers are not allowed to let students leave or come into class late without a pass from the office. 7-12th students will also need to reenter during the school day through the elementary door #4 as other doors are locked for school security purposes.
HOMEWORK CLUB – parents of Elementary students are to enter door #3 by the child care to pick up their child from Homework Club.
Please be advised that images and videos taken in the school spaces and/or at school related events do not require authorization for publication. Parents/students do have the option to opt-out. To opt-out of photos please contact Jen Koller at firstname.lastname@example.org.
