A special thank you to Cathy Altepeter who toured Dave Andrys' 10th grade American History students around Calvary Cemetery this morning. The students heard some of the stories about individuals who helped to settle and found East Grand Forks and Grand Forks. Topics covered the Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korean veterans, figures at the University, historical business figures, cemetery upkeep and terminology, and a new found respect for the stories of the individuals buried at the cemetery. It was a great morning! View pictures HERE.

We LOVE catching up with our young scientists in Mrs. Johnson's 4th grade! Yesterday they were testing and making scientific observations using red cabbage juice. View more pictures HERE.
