Parent Notes & Reminders

Sacred Heart will be hosting the WelCore Health and Influenza Vaccine Clinic on Tuesday, October 10th (Elementary students 1-2pm, High School students 2-3pm, and open to the public from 3-4pm). We ask that if you wish to have your child that is younger than third grade vaccinated please make arrangements to accompany them to the clinic or come at the 3-4pm timeslot which is open to the public. We had some very scared students in the younger grades last year. We would like to prevent any unnecessary stress for our students. MORE INFORMATION & FORMS HERE.

Annual Drive Phone-A-Thon

The Annual Student Drive Phone-a-Thon allows us to reconnect on the phone and thank donors for past gifts and give donors another opportunity to share their gifts with us this year.  Students (grades 9-12) and parents are welcome to come and help out. Training will be provided. Use the signup link HERE to reserve the times that work for you and your family.

Each person working the Phone-a-Thon will receive $100 per hour towards your family commitment.

Calling will take place in Gamble Hall Room 160 on the campus of UND. Questions? Contact Cordell Fontaine at

Thank you to everyone who participated in last weekend's Living Way 5K and the Grand Cities Catholic Schools Chili Feed! Sacred Heart won the event by 16 votes, with St. Michael's coming in 2nd, and Holy Family-St. Mary's coming in 3rd! Your attendance mattered! Tickets were sold at each of the parishes and schools as a fundraiser and chili was provided and prepared by the pastors or designated helping chili chefs. Thanks to Bill Straw for helping the priests with their chili!

All money raised at these events goes to help create the best extra-curricular experiences possible for our students. Even if your child isn’t out for sports yet or old enough to participate, it’s a great way to get connected, meet people and to “ROCK” Sacred Heart!
